Version: 2.0
This Cookie Policy explains how Venca, s.r.o., provider of AuraHomeAI (“we”, “us”, “our”), uses cookies and similar technologies on aurahomeai.com and in our web application. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies — such as pixels, tags and local storage — work in comparable ways. In this Policy we refer to all of them as “cookies”. Some cookies are set by us (“first-party”); others are set by third-party services we use (“third-party”).
2. The categories of cookies we use
We group cookies into four categories. Only essential cookies are set without your consent. All others are set only after you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time.
2.1 Essential (always active)
Required for the Service to work — for authentication, security, load balancing, keeping you logged in, and remembering your language and cookie choices. The Service cannot function without these, so they do not require consent.
Includes cookies from: our own application (authentication and session), Cloudflare (security and bot filtering), WPML (language), and Complianz (storing your cookie consent). Stripe also sets essential cookies for payment processing and fraud prevention.
2.2 Functional
Remember choices you make to give you a better experience, such as interface preferences. These improve usability but are not strictly necessary.
2.3 Statistics / analytics
Help us understand how the Service is used, so we can improve it — for example, which features are used and where problems occur. We use PostHog, Mixpanel and Elementor for this. These are set only with your consent.
2.4 Marketing
Used on our marketing website to measure and deliver advertising, including across other websites (retargeting). We use technologies from Meta (Facebook), LinkedIn and ActiveCampaign. These are set only with your consent, and are not used inside the application where you upload content.
3. Third-party services that may set cookies
The table below lists the third-party services we use and the category they fall under. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy; links are provided so you can read them.

Some of these providers, including Meta and LinkedIn, are located in the United States. Where they process your data, transfers outside the EEA are covered by appropriate safeguards. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Fonts
We serve web fonts from our own servers. We do not load fonts from third-party servers in a way that would transmit your IP address to them without your consent.
5. Your consent and how to change it
When you first visit our website, a banner lets you accept or reject each non-essential category. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by reopening the cookie settings from the banner or the link in our website footer.
You can also manage cookies through your browser — most browsers let you delete existing cookies, block new ones, or warn you before a cookie is set. Note that if you disable essential cookies, parts of the Service may stop working.
6. Your rights over personal data
Where cookies process personal data, you have the rights described in our Privacy Policy — including access, rectification, erasure, objection and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to withdraw consent as easily as you gave it.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and where the change is material we will ask for your consent again.
